28 October 2023

To inspire your Christmas gift giving this year, Faith Today has created a list of charity gift catalogues by affiliates of The Evangelical Fellowship of Canada.

Bible League Canada

Gift packs available to help purchase new Bibles in Africa, Asia and Europe. The gift catalogue supports new believers, persecuted believers, the underground church and children’s ministries where there is a need for Bibles.

Canadian Baptist Ministries

Through Hopeful Gifts for Change, participate in reconciliation and peacebuilding efforts and support women’s literacy in Rwanda, provide medical care for Syrian refugees or help women exploited in India. Gifts from $20 to $1,500.

Compassion Canada

Support health projects like washrooms, water filters and telephone health services with an option to help fund larger projects. Gifts from $20 to $1,000.

ERDO / Emergency Relief & Development Overseas

Give towards services supporting children in extreme need. Gifts ultimately bring clean water and food to rural villages around the world. You are also able to gift on behalf of a loved one or friend.

Every Home for Christ Canada International / Canada

Donations to Every Home for Christ International/Canada support discipleship tools for Canada, the printing of an evangelistic booklet, social media outreaches and food support for abandoned and orphaned children around the world. Gifts are $30 and up and every gift donation above $10 will be receipted.

International Justice Mission Canada

Help fight cybersex trafficking and slavery, give toward trial fees to protect children from sexual violence or provide medical care and education for survivors of abuse. Gifts from $12 to $8,530.

Open Doors Canada

Give to safe houses for persecuted Christians, provide Bibles in restricted areas or trauma counselling for believers who have experienced abuse due to their faith. Gifts from $6 to $1,780.

Feed hungry children, support the building of a well or empower women and children through training for business and education through OM’s Christmas catalogue, The Greatest Gift.

Partners International

Partners International gift catalogue helps mobilize local church leaders to minister effectively to their cities, towns, villages and regions. Water to a village, a Bible in a local language and more. The catalogue has options to support with gifts as low as $1.

The Salvation Army Canada & Bermuda

Through the Gifts of Hope catalogue, help families gain income and food through purchasing farm animals or give toward education, skills training and sports and recreation projects. Gifts from $10 to $150.
